I asked for a refund the whole thing turned into a headache. The replies were slow, I never got clear updates, and I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on. It was ridiculous how long it took. Really annoying experience, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I reached out by email twice because I needed some help, but no one ever replied. From my experience, if a company doesn’t respond after multiple messages, it’s hard to feel confident using their service.

The jacket arrived quickly, it does look nice. But after only a few wears, I noticed the stitching starting to loosen, which feels a bit disappointing. It’s not a complete disaster or anything, but if you’re selling a jacket that looks this good, it’s only fair to make sure it actually holds up too. I expected a little better quality for the money.

I mean, it feels sturdy so far. I haven’t used it a ton yet, but first impressions are definitely good

I ended up checking out vintageandyoung.com because I wanted something a bit different, they do have some really cool pieces. A lot of the stuff doesn’t look like the same things you see on every other site, which I liked, and it made the whole shop feel a little more personal.
That said, browsing could be smoother, and a few items seemed kind of expensive for what they were. I also wasn’t thrilled about having to wait in a queue for help/checkout, because it dragged on longer than I expected. Overall, not a bad experience, just not perfect. I’d probably come back if something really special caught my eye.

My order showed up packed well, and nothing was damaged, so that was a relief. The box looked neat too. I guess there might’ve been a little too much tape, but that’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived...

I thought this looked really nice online, but once I actually put it on, it was just not comfy at all. The fit felt kind of stiff and Weird, and I couldn’t keep it on for very long. Disappointed because I wanted to like it.

The bag just didn’t look right to me, and the labels felt cheap. I had to chase customer support to get a proper response, and when they finally got back to me, they just said it was authentic without really explaining anything. i still don’t trust it.

I used the site once and it got the job done, but the checkout was a bit slow and clunky for me. Maybe that’s just how the site runs in general, but it made the whole experience feel less smooth than I expected.

The fit was really wrong for me. I ordered my usual size, but it wasn’t even close, so now I’ve got to deal with the extra work of returning it and trying to figure out what size would actually fit. Frustrating.

The item did look mostly like the photos on vintageandyoung.com, so I wouldn’t say it was completely different or anything.

But when it arrived, the color felt a little off in person, and the fabric looked more worn than I thought it would. I started to think it was just me—actually, no, I think the lighting in the photos probably made it look a bit nicer.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish the pictures showed the small marks more clearly. I think 3 stars feels fair.

I don’t remember much about the ordering part, so I guess that went fine, but the shipping really stuck with me. It felt like it took forever, and I don’t recall getting any useful updates until it finally showed up

I tried to exchange a dress for a different size, the whole process was more frustrating than I expected. I had to wait a long time for replies, the return rules weren’t very clear, and in the end I still had to pay for shipping. By the time it was all done, it just didn’t feel worth the trouble.

I ran into a bit of an issue at first, but they ended up getting it fixed for me later. Took a little time, but it worked out in the end lol.

It looks nice overall, and I do like the style, but there’s just a bit too much going on for my taste. The little details are nice up close, but all together it feels slightly cluttered.

At first glance, it looks good, especially from a distance. I was expecting the fabric to feel a little nicer, though, and it came off a bit cheaper than I had hoped. The stitching was mostly fine, so it’s not like it’s a bad item, just not as impressive as I thought it would be. I might consider buying it again, but probably only if it was discounted

I really wanted to like Vintageandyoung because the way everything is presented makes it seem like you’re getting something special, but once I started looking around, the prices felt way too high.
A few pieces looked nice, sure, but I found similar items on other sites for less. It kind of felt like the promise was “unique and worth it,” but the reality was more like paying extra for nice photos and branding.

Maybe some shoppers won’t care, but I left feeling disappointed and a bit ripped off. For what they’re charging, I expected a lot more than what I was actually seeing.

this wasn’t what i expected at all. the photos made it look like it was in way better condition, and the sizing info was inaccurate too. i also had to follow up just to get things sorted, which was frustrating. i don’t think i’d order from them again
